St. James’s Hospital Strategic Report

In Semester I students worked in teams of 6 students to analyse a real-life business within a specific industry in which we were assigned. As a team, we adopted the role of ‘management consultants’ to conduct a strategic review of our client organization. The company project was year-long and followed four stages of strategy consulting: Orientation, Diagnostics, Intervention, and Evaluation. A final report was compiled by each group to show their analysis, findings, and recommendations.

My group and I chose to analyse St. James’s Hospital due personal interests in the healthcare sector and for the added challenge of analysing a non-profit business. A full version of the report can be found here PDF.
